Participation to workshop: |

Participation to workshop includes: Attendance to lectures, book of the abstracts and course material, lunches and social events, certificate of attendance and examination (5 ECTS credits and 30 CME if required). A limited number of grants for accommodation of students are available upon request. |

Abstract submission: EXTENDED until September 20, 2019 or until all places are taken. |

Notification of acceptance: September 25, 2019. |
|
Payment of the tuition fee: October 10, 2019. |

The number of participants is limited. The final decision will be taken by the Faculty members based on the timeliness of application, abstract submitted and reference letter, if presented. |
